Not letting me schedule my payment anymore.

I usually schedule my payment for five days or less. Never had any issues. System is still scheduling for payment extension. But now they are cutting services on the original date of the payment even though you have already scheduled a 3 day extension.

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially if scheduling your payments has never been an issue before. While scheduled payments are a great way to plan ahead, they don’t prevent service interruptions when there is a past-due balance. If you’re eligible for a payment arrangement, you can set one up through the Assistant to help keep your services active.

 

If the system isn’t offering an arrangement, that means the account doesn’t currently meet the eligibility requirements, and unfortunately, we aren’t able to override that decision. In that case, a payment for the past-due amount would be needed to avoid any service interruptions.
