NSF fees

Hi there I was wondering what to do about my xfinity bill. I have a ridiculously high bill and no agent has been able to help me. My bill hasn't been lower than $450 in months! And I only pay for internet! It is getting me worried about being scammed and not only that, how many other people are being overcharged that are unaware of it?!?! My husband and I are so ready to switch.

user_o33368 Thanks for reaching out! That sounds like a lot of money to be paying for only internet services. Do you have any additional streaming services on your bill charged through Xfinity? Also, have you checked your bill for any possible data overage fees?

@XfinityMartyR   No we aren't paying for anything other than the internet. Apparently there was one overage charge but that was all the way back in march. I tried to just now again reach out to an agent to help and no one is straight with me on why the bill is so high!

I understand and appreciate the extra details 👍 Based on the information you're seeing it'd probably be best for us to dig into this a little deeper for you by reviewing your account directly. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
