Ongoing issues

I can’t pay or update my card on file because xfinity has added a balance on my past due amount that’s incorrect for an exchange I did complete. The system has been having issues updating the card and also taking payments. The agents make me call every 4 days and nothing gets resolved. I don’t wish to leave xfinity but I’m being pushed to do so soon. Xfinity mobile payment system needs to update the correct balance. I’ve been to patient and no resolution
