For some apparent reason, I kept getting an error message when trying to add my payment method. Now I am receiving a message saying that I have to wait 30 days to add payment method  and I would need to take cash in store for payment. Are payment arrangements possible with the in store option...

user_9w2jj7 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your payment method, and setting up a payment arrangement. Not being able to update your payment method can be frustrating, and we definately don't want it to be difficult making your payment. Yes, payment arrangements are possible with making a cash payment, as long as the payment is made before the service interruption date and would need to be received by 10:30 PM EST. 
 
May I ask what type of payment method you are trying to add?
