Outage credit

My cable and internet has been not working since the beginning of June. Including today July 23/2026. I have photos of every times it’s out I want to be credited and I want the problem resolved and a permanent fix. So frustrating. It’s out more than it’s on. This has happened in the past with the same problem. They just can’t seem to fix it. Soon I’m going to contact bpu.

Good afternoon @zoom3zoom,  and thank you for reaching out on our Forums regarding your recurring service interruptions and credit request. I can certainly understand wanting to be credited for the time you spent without working service.

I see that you stated your service was not working today, have you checked our status center to see if there is an estimated resolution time on our website for repairs? You can check our status center here https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap.

You can also request a credit by following the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant. If you run into any issues requesting your credit, please let us know and we'll be happy to help get that applied.

@XfinityAlyssaA   If someone can help us we are seniors. If I could call someone and not have go through all the [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] to get to someone to help. This seems to happen every few years. I would be so grateful. It seems like Comcast does everything possible to block getting help. Two months is too long. Thank you kindly
