Hello @user_0ojyk7, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you had a service interruption. Anytime the services are down, and you notify us, we would gladly apply a credit for the time the services were down. You can also request a credit through our Xfinity assistant. I have attached an article with steps on how to request a credit. Request a credit from the Xfinity Assistant
