Our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps is a great tool to view the service interruptions and to see when your services will be back up and running.

 

Service interruptions can happen off of various issues that can happen whether it be weather related,  maintenance related,  accident related or issues at our nodes and plants.

 Our techs work as fast as possible to get everyone's services back up and running.

 

We never expect you to pay for service interruptions, therefore we have an awesome self-service link where you can go apply for credits for the downtime once your services are back up and running, simply visit xfinity.com/support/status, You will see the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page and can click the link, Check eligibility.
