Outlandish Charge

Hello. We have a $700+ charge from the September billing cycle that we can’t make sense of. We talked to CS in the store and on the phone, but by the time I talked to the person by phone, she said the cycle was closed and she wasn’t able to help. We expect to pay some amount, but would ask forgiveness for much of the charge. Thank you.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the confusion caused when you were told the billing cycle was closed. To confirm, is this related to mobile or residential service like internet?
