Over Charged
Hello,
My autopayment just processed for the wrong amount. I spoke with someone earlier this month who assured me my bill would be lowered. i even had to sign new agreements but was still charged the original amount not the lower amount that was agreed upon.

Hi there, @lcash22810! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! That can definitely be concerning if it was not expected! Autopayments will draft for the current billing cycles due balance. If there was a change of service processed during the cycle the balance would not update in real time. You would see prorations on the next billing cycle. We can check and see what the status is in this case. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
