Overcharged on my bill, nobody answers the customer service line

I’ve been trying to get through on the automated support line, but no luck. I was charged almost double on my internet bill. I was trying to get someone to explain the “misc charges” but nobody answers the customer support line. Ready to cancel through my bank for the fraudulent charges
