Overcharging

Xfinity is really making me mad. You have to talk to 20 different agents and not one of them knows what the last agent said or tlked about. They dnt honor refunds. I’ve been calling these people for months to get the money they owe me and they always claim “it’ll show up on next months bill” but it never does. This company is very unprofessional. I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone.
