Overcharging
I have been overcharged for more than one year . I am on essentials basic program . This program is 9.95 cents a month . I have been charged 49,88,64,and many more overcharges . I want my money refunded immediately not by a credit . I want a check for all of these overcharges more than a year . I got a copy of my history and this is hoing on since 2025 January I want my money back . I was signed up for autopay so tgey took out whatever they felt . I told them months ago stop autopay
