Overdue fees after bill is paid

My bill has been paid, my next Bill isn't due until July 18th, but I still receive texts saying my bill is overdue and I need to pay overdue fees. I called Xfinity they said they can't see anything on their end and I'm all paid up and my next bill isn't due until the 18th. I want to know why I'm receiving texts saying I'm overdue when I'm not.

Good morning @user_kqzkw5 while we would be happy to review your bill with you. If you are receiving text notifications after you have paid your bill, it is likely due to the payment processing time. It can take a few business days for a payment to post in our billing system, and taking into account the recent holiday.

It hasn't been days, it's been weeks that I've been receiving these texts.
