Paid 11:8:24 service disconnected

I just paid my bill on 11/8 now my service is disconnected today 11/13 saying I owe 225$! Howww! I already pay an insane amount for internet, and I have tv services that I never even knew I was paying for and never have used! Can I get some help! I have 6kids at home with nothing to do!!!!

It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. It can also help with setting up a payment arrangement for the past due balance. That will ensure service is restored, with the balance taken care of with a promise to pay. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to restore service now. Once that is done, we can help get you an internet only plan.

I already tried this spoke to a live agent and they said my service would be restored in 2hrs still no internet and I can’t get in contact with a live agent again
