I do not have access to on line bill paying.

Please send me a paper bill via USPS.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

No. My query definitely wasn't answered.  I repeatedly stated I cannot pay on line.  Not possible.  My children refuse this.  I need to continue to pay by USPS mail.  All your answers address how I can and should pay thru one of your billing avenues.  How does this answer my question.

Not a problem at all, I will let you know that customers do receive a discount for having paperless billing set up, so you may want to consider that. You have control of your paperless billing in your Xfinity account. If you check out our paperless billing page, you can see how to turn off the paperless option to start getting a paper bill in the mail. Your old bills are stored online and can be printed out to use if needed for a current bill, those steps would be in the link I already provided above.

user_dnvaee Thank you for reaching out about your paper bill options. Are you having issues with the online bill pay options if so we would be happy to help? It does seem like you have access to the internet and I do want to make sure you have access to all your account features online.  If you are able to log in to your account at Xfinity.com. You can check out this page to see your PDF bill, and how to view your bill in your Xfinity app as well.

user_dnvaee Gotcha! It really depends on what option works best for you. I would advise our phone IVR payment system, or you are always able to stop down at one of our local Xfinity Stores to make the payment. Were looking to send paper checks to pay for the service?
