Past bill

I was told by employer from Xfinity that I had been able to get on a program that was free for me. They put me on paperless, then they bill me 6 months later 180 I was on Internet essentials $10 a month I paid my bill every month before they said they made a mistake a now I owe 334 and I haven't had service in months

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
