Past Due
I have been sent to collections for a bill I do not owe and I can't get anyone to help me. The "collection agency" notified me they are not a collection agency in the conventional sense and cannot help with my bill. I have to speak with Comcast. HELP!!!

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I am having the same issue. Cancel my Comcast a year and a half ago. Have never received a notice saying anything was due, received nothing from the collection agency and now I have a hit on my credit report. Live chat is proving to be useless, they just keep saying I don't owe anything and to ignore it. I can't ignore this!
