Paying a bill i'm not supposed to

I signed up about 3 months ago. When I signed up for internet, they talked me into signing up for cellphone service and promise me that I would not be paying one of the 2 for a whole year. So I called you up to let you know that this is a wrong bill. But they refuse to listen to what I'm saying and they cut me off. Anyway. So I was lied to after 3 months my bill went up and they tried to say it was due to something else. They don't care what it is. As long as they get their money, they were put in anything to get their money, which I do not ow. So I'm forced to pay the bill now to get my phone turned back on.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
