Paying my bill

My bill is due and every time I hit the button to pay it says I have no account. I would just like to pay my bill so I can watch TV

I apologize that you're having issues with processing your payment and I will stick with you until we get to the bottom of this. Are you trying to make a payment through your online account or through the Xfinity app? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I have tried putting my phone number in and it just keeps saying I have no Internet with you, I just finally got to my bill payment and paid my my bill but every month it seems it's a different price

@user_rnd7mc I'm so glad you were able to get the payment processed online :). It sounds like you might have a user ID that's linked to an old account. Please check these instructions to see if you need to link your ID to your current account and services. 

I can definitely review your account and make sure you're getting the best deal available! Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and discuss options with you.
