payment arrangement mostly ignored.
Been disconnected several times. Auto system doesn't recognize I am an an arrangement and keeps doing it. At least 10 chat agents and 8 hours just today. Possibly at least 75 hours total and enough chat transcripts to wallpaper a large room. The other times when I finally got to an agent who could find the right Info, they would turn the service back on, apologize and say it won't happen again. If only. Today I got two agents out of 10+ who did agree, but one apparently tried setting up a new payment plan even though I am on one. All this has done is delay the restart of my service and I have no doubt it will cause even more confusion finding the right info on my account. Of course the many agents who I kept getting bounced to had no idea what I was saying. Some are still saying I do not have any plan or arraignment at all. The billing system also keeps adding charges like late payments, reconnection fees etc even though a plan should stop those fees and stop the disconnections. The chat system (that I have to lie to just to get past the guarddog stopped working after 8 hours or do. Or nobody wants to deal with this and I have been turned off somehow. I guess the next step is to get on Twitter (yes twitter) and see if public exposure makes any difference.. unless someone here can do something to fix this. I can't even try to get someone the phone. the auto system guarddog there refuses to let me past.
