Payment arrangement not working

Made a payment arrangement on the 12th so service wouldn’t be disconnected on the 16th for the 22nd for the full past due amount but was still shut off. I paid my bill the 21st of last month.

With payment arrangements, they are done strictly online with the directions located here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. We are not able to intervene as the account status determines eligibility. We can however take a look at the account to see what happened if you would like.
