Payment arrangement

I set up a payment arrangement this morning. My account was suspended this morning and I just wanted to know will I get my service restored today?

The service should have been restored shortly after you set up the payment arrangement, or you would have had to reach out to Xfinity support to have it restored. To confirm, has your service been restored?
