Payment arrangement

I had originally set up a payment arrangement for a past due bill for the 5th of April. I realized that I wouldn’t get paid until the 8th so I changed the arrangement which went through but it’s now showing that if I don’t make the payment by tomorrow, April 3rd my service will be suspended. When I called the customer service line I was told the system made an error and said I missed a scheduled payment for march 31st (which I never agreed to make) and because of that there is nothing we can do to fix it. I can make the payment on the 8th but can’t have my service cut until then. Is there a way to change the date in the system as it made an error?

@user_w2po6l I am sorry to hear of this hardship. With payment arrangements, it cannot be extended beyond the original agreed upon date, and cannot be cancelled once it is set up in our system. I would be happy to take a look at the account to see if we can reduce your bill to assist you with your monthly rate.
