user_ywqrot thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out regarding your service. If a payment arrangement is set up prior to service being removed you would have access until the arrangement deadline, however if your service has already been soft disconnected due to nonpayment the past due amount would need to be paid in order to have it restored.
