Payment assistance due to government shutdown

Hello, due to the government shutdown that recently happened, we are behind on bills but doing everything we can to catch up. With that being said I am unable to pay the full amount due on my account. I cannot get my Internet suspended due to my kids being homeschooled. Is there anything I can do?
