Payment credited but doesn't reflect in balance
I made a payment of $150 this morning. It shows up in my bill credits. However my service was disconnected and I checked the balance due. It has not changed and still says I owe $200. How can I fix this?? I can't get in touch with anyone on the phone, and both the chat assistant and phone system are giving me no helpful options.
