Payment issue

Can't put my card on or bank account to pay for my things and been trying for the last week.

Can you tell us more about what's going on when you try to enter your payment details?

Are you getting any error messages or error codes?

I have a link that walks you through adding a payment as well as updating your bank details.

I am getting a error for the bank and the card will not going in at all

@XfinityThomasA​ when I call they said it was block and they would fix in 8 day. So on 17 it should be fix but thank you for get back to me.
