Had a payment arrangement to pay $60 today and the remaining portion on February 7th, earlier I made the arrangement now I can't get back in touch with you guys

team is here to help, Roostar! How may we assist? Payment arrangements allow you to pay off a past-due balance on a convenient date while continuing to enjoy your Xfinity services. 

If you need more time to pay your past due balance and are eligible for our flexible payment options: 

Sign in to your Xfinity account.
Click Chat for options to start chatting with Xfinity Assistant.
Select Set up a payment arrangement in your chat.
Choose a payment date for your arrangement when prompted.
If you’re adding a payment method later, continue to set up your payment arrangement with Xfinity Assistant by choosing a due date and clicking Submit.

You’ll see a confirmation with a reminder to add a payment method to your payment arrangement by the scheduled due date.
