Payment Method Page won't load

I've been trying to update my billing info for a month.

Every time I log in to Xfinity I go to "payment methods" (https://payments.xfinity.com/methods) and it says "sorry this is taking a bit longer than we expected".

Then eventually the page loads and just says "Sorry, this isn't working right now".

How can I change my credit card? Why is the most basic part of the dashboard not working for over a month? This is absurd.

Hi there, @user_m6fpou! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble changing your payment method. We are not having any widespread issues with this part of our site. Have you tried a different browser or the app to see if that allows you to make the change? You can find directions if needed here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments

I've tried in FireFox and Chrome and the same thing happens. I can get a little bit further and view my current payment methods but then eventually it just give me that same error message.
