Payment Returned

I got an email saying the bank returned my payment, and I need to pay a fee and the full balance.  The email gives a link that doesn't work, and I don't see anywhere to pay it online except for paying the next bill coming up.  How or where can I pay the balance?

You can make your payment several ways, you can make the payment through the Xfinity APP, by contacting our Xfinity Customer service number at 1-800-Xfinity and make the payment through the automated payment system, or you can make the payment at your local Xfinity Store.-Richard
