@user_zxsnn0 Thank you so much for your post for help with restoring your services. We know how important our services are, and we appreciate you reaching out for help. If your account was put on hold due to a balance, and a payment is made, the account will automatically restore. This can take up to an hour from when the payment is approved and posted to your Xfinity account. If you check your payment history in your Xfinity app, what is the status of the payment there?

It's not showing my payment on there, but I've got the trace number from my confirmation email

That is odd that the payment is not showing in the Xfinity app. The restoration process will go by the balance shown on your account online. As soon as your payment is posted and approved, the balance will also update, starting the reconnection process. Did you make the payment directly through the Xfinity app? How long ago was the payment made?
