Payment Won’t Happen

For reasons out of my control, I’m not going to make the payment due date for Xfinity this month, how long do I have until my internet and phone turn off, or is it immediately?

Hello @user_b5qb3g how are you? At Xfinity, we offer flexible payment options because we know having some extra time is invaluable! If your balance is overdue use the Xfinity Assistant to make a payment arrangement. This will keep services enabled. You can get all the information you need to get this done here. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Ok, but I heard it can be from anywhere from 30 to 60 days until the services is suspended, is that true?

@user_b5qb3g that's circumstantial, so it's tough to give an exact date for a billing suspension in advance. But if you keep an eye on the Xfinity app and your account notifications they will communicate when service disables. It definitely won't be the day after or right away. Typically, as your next bill approaches you will see an alert to make a payment or set up an arrangement.
