Payment

When I tried making a payment online it keeps telling me it is declined. There are enough funds in the account I am using to pay with.

user_aar7c8 Typically, when the online system is rejecting digital payment methods it means your account has had too many failed attempts recently. To get the account current you would need to call 1-800-Xfinity and process a payment with the automated system or an agent, or use one of our kiosks inside the local Xfinity Store. Our team is unable to process payments with our current policies in place.
