Payment

I made my past due payment yesterday, but services were suspended today. Is the payment system having trouble processing payments or what is going on? When I try to call and finally get to a queue for a live agent it eventually says there are technical difficulties and press one to leave a message. When I press one, it hangs up immediately. The AI chat feature will also not allow me to speak with a real person and keeps demanding a payment I already made. Very not happy right now.
