Payments

I paid last months bill on 10/9/24.  I received email today for the next payment, but it still showed the payment needed for last month was needed...that is the payment I made on 10/9/24.  This has happened

the last three months!

Good evening, user_7d78q4. We would be happy to check further on your billing and the payment. The Xfinity app can also be very handy in this situation. The My Account section has your last 24 billing statements. The PDF or downloadable version of your statement will show all the details of what makes up the total balance and any changes. This link shows how to view them

At the top of each page of your billing statements, you will see the date the statement generated and what dates the bill will cover. From there you will see a summary that shows any previous balance and payments since the last statement as well as a summary of any new charges and when the amount is due by. On Page 3, we break down all the charges that make up the total cost. 

Let's take a look at this together! Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
