Good morning @DENNY66, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with being billed for Peacock when you are a diamond member, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. While it is true that as a diamond member, you do get access to Peacock, there is a process you have to go through to claim that reward and tie your Xfinity account to your Peacock account. Have you claimed the offer on the Xfinity membership page?
