Pending Payment

I pay my bill on the 3rd of each month based on my payday. I made a payment March 3rd, it's showing pending in my account today. The automated system shows I now have a new past due bill that needs to be paid before service restored. I work from home and have been unable to work today due to this issue. I need my services restored immediately and I cannot get a live agent on the phone.
