Please correct amount owed on my bill

This is third time trying to get xfinity to fix the amount owed. I changed plans and new bill should be $50 not $75 like it’s showing . Can someone correct that ?

@user_060tse I can help you with your bill concerns please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

Thanks again for the time spent reviewing your billing with us. Looks like the system did process the plan change and prorations correctly, though it hasn't had a chance to update on the customer side yet. We should be good to go, but please feel free to create a new post if anything comes up in the future.
