Prepaid debit Mastercard is not working

My prepaid Mastercard link was sent to my email yesterday. I activated the link and the balance shows 200 dollars. I have tried using this card online at 3 different places, the card gets declined every single time. Help!!

You've contacted the right place for support, and I'd like to investigate the prepaid card not working as I want to ensure you're able to utilize the $200 gift card. I appreciate the information you've provided, it's helpful to know you have activated it. Reviewing it looks like it may need to be added to your profile, was this step done?

I am having the same issue - Cannot use the card anywhere but it shows activated and the amount. When I try to sign into https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com/contactus I get an error just saying "Cannot sign in right now an error has occured"
