Price doesn't match service bought!!!!

Bought like 10 years ago and I get price increased but honestly I'm paying for performance internet for 70+ which is the same as 1Gb plan but I'm only getting 300mpbs max. Also I don't know what plan I'm paying for TV it says digital preferred but I'm not seeing that in any of the plans you guys have it'd be nice if you can clarify how much that is as well In case I'm over paying for that

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
