Price increase

it appears my Comcast bill has increased from $75.26 to $103.66.  my Xfinity bill has increased from $34-$39.  Why the increase?

We are considering switching services to another company. We received no explanation or advance warning of this increase.

@user_395243 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how important it is to keep your bills within a budget! Typically, any pricing increases are noted on the last page of your billing statement a month or two before they go into effect, or you can also see when your promotion expires on page 3 in green print. 

I would be more than happy to take a look at the account and see what's happening and how we can help you with reviewing the account to see if we have any new promotional rates that will meet your current needs. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
