Price increases and Comcast disdain for its customers
Inadequate disclosure of total price increases. In December, you sent notice of a LONG list of price increases but FAILED to notify me what the overall effect would be to me. Thus, you force customers to waste precious time calculating the net price increase for their own particular bill. Shameful and yet another example of customer disregard
