Promised billing reduction not applied - requesting credit

I was promised that my monthly bill would be reduced from approximately $109 to $50-$60. However, I was still charged $109.81 for the May billing cycle before the lower rate appeared the following month. I would like an Xfinity representative to review the prior account notes and help me obtain the appropriate credit. Please let me know how I can provide my account information privately.

Good morning @user_6yhm67, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the billing, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. We bill a month in advance, so sometimes when a plan change is done, if the bill for that month has already generated, the bill will reflect the old plan, but on the following bill you will receive a prorated credit automatically for the difference between the old bill and the new one.

I never received the prorated credit. The overcharged was in May and it is now mid-august. Please help resolve this over charge instead of just giving me a generic answer.
