Promises made, never kept....for over a year now

I'm getting desperate. I have probably called over a couple years about this issue 10 times, am told the EXACT same thing each time with the exact result....nothing. it's like you are trying to gaslight me into insanity. Even though it would be a huge inconvenience I'm ready to cut the cord with this awful greedy company. In September 2023 A digital converter mysteriously showed up on my bill in my equipment, though I had not ordered or received any such equipment. I called and was told the issue would be fixed and i would be credited the equipment fee. Couple months later, I did get the credit, but was still getting charged. I called back. Was told the exact same thing and the exact same thing happened. Credited, still getting charged. In all I was credited about $65 on my April 2024 bill and $10 on my March 2024 bill. So that covers the September 2023 when it showed up to the billing cycle that ended January 2024. However, I've been charged ever since. You guys KNOW I don't own this equipment and have admittedas much by the simple fact that you have credited my account to the tune of ~$75. This is outright fraud that you are still charging me then. SINCE the last time I was credited, I have been charged for phantom, imaginary equipment from February 2024 to today. The total amount you need to credit me for that period of time is $121.30. I will be sending this same message to every forum i can (reddit, x, fb, etc) because calling and speaking to you directly has done nothing. Most recently, I was lied to by a re The worst part is that I've seen this story, MY story, almost word for word from so many other customers on the internet. this is outrageous. What a disgraceful company. Do the right thing for once, PLEASE!
