Promo For 50% Off Bill

I was on the phone with Xfinity one 800 number customer service trying to set up a payment arrangement to get my bill down because I have not been able to keep up since it’s the shutdown started so customer service agent tells me about a one term promotion to where if I pay half the bill they’ll cover the other half as a one time courtesy they took the payment right then and there I have not received the waiver for the other $377 is still on my balance since all calls are recorded. I’m pretty sure there’s some record of these conversations two conversations December 8 and December 9 I made the payment one December 9 with a Xfinity agent on the phone.

And no was a scam because the payment that was made while talking to the person that gave me that information posted to my account I’ve been trying to follow up twice
