promotion not being honored
Upgraded plans and was told I had a new Samsung watch for free with a promotion now they are not honoring the promotion and charging me for the watch. I been a loyal customer for years and this makes me want to switch to t mobile. Can't believe they lied to me and are trying to charge me for the watch I was told was free
