Promotional credits

My apartment complex is now providing a mandatory bulk internet through Xfinity. They said that any current Xfinity customers will automatically have their accounts transitioned. My concern is that I have 3 promotional credits I get monthly on my internet account from when I switched to Xfinity mobile. Is it possible for you to transfer the credits to my mobile account instead?

I have called the Xfinity number before when having numerous issues activating my line when I switched then with not receiving any of the credits. That’s why I am reaching out on your forum because a US based rep got in touch with me and was very helpful. 

I appreciate any help you can give.

I'd be happy to take a look at the discounts you have, and see which ones you will be able to keep with the transition. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
