Promotional pricing

Hi, I’ve been a customer since I moved out to Colorado 2 years ago and was paying a promotional price of $35/month for internet only. That price just expired and my bill has gone up to $55/month. My building also offers Starry internet for only $30/month. I would prefer to stay with xfinity but I’m not willing to pay that much more for just wifi. Is there any way to keep my previous rate?
