"Promotions "

I was offered a promotion, when I first got my modem that I would be paying a 75 dollar a month phone and internet service. My billing does not reflect this, It has been consistently double that amount. I call xfinity every couple months to ask why my bill has doubled some times the agent is in agreement with me and I'll get reassured that my bill will be accurate on the next months statement. Most months it's not accurate last month I payed over 200 dollars this month I paid 118 on the 3rd of April than I was charged 70 today. so I call and they say can't send me copy of the promotion or tell me when it ended or give any description of what I'm paying for. because internet and phone plans are separate why even offer bundles. The customer service representatives are not helpful they know about they bundle deals but they don't have the ability to help.
