Question Regarding Final Bill After Moving on July 1st

Dear Xfinity Customer Service,

I recently moved on July 1st and discontinued service at my old address on that same day. However, I noticed that I was charged $12.89(Balance Transferred From: (Personal Info) $12.89)

on the final bill for my previous account.

Since I only used the service for one day in July, I would like to confirm whether this charge is accurate. Could you please review the bill and clarify the breakdown of this charge?

If there has been a mistake, I would appreciate a correction or refund.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.

Thank you,

(Personal Info)

Thanks for allowing us to help with your billing concerns, user_pnxk62. I am glad we clarified the billing cycle dates and that the transfer amount was for services rendered from 6/12 to 7/1 when the account transfer was completed. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to create a new public submission. Have a good one!
